Free tickets: For non EU citizens under 18, EU citizens under 18, You will be asked to show your ID card at the entrance for reduced and free tickets.

Disabled persons: Museum has a difficult access to the first floor. An elevator, ramps and wheelchairs are available inside. Also, guided tour are provided to disabled visitors at the desk VAMI (Volunteers Associaties for Italian Museums).
Checkroom: Visitors are requested to leave bags, backpack, cameras, videocameras, strollers and recording equipment.
